Christophe Dalbray 11% 750 ml Red

Dep Wine Review

Bottled in Rougemont, QC

Description:

It’s an attack of history and poetry.

Has a bit of bite. It stay on the tongue. Not much body.

Maybe orange hits? Citrus. I like the smell.

It’s not mealy. There is cherry or passion fruit. A dark berry flavor.

Can we call it juicy? It is begging to be sangria.

Kinda fresh, not complex, not stale.

It tastes like all the grapes mixed together. Kind of bitter on the bottom with a cherry on the top.

Afterthought: It’s just wine.
